QA Engineer

As an important member of our Innovation Team, the QA Engineer will execute functional and regression test cases within specified test environments with a high degree of accuracy. 

• Drive innovation and improvements in terms of process
• Think outside the box
• Contribute to quality in an enterprise platform environment
• Identify test scope and test risks
• Develop required test methodology approaches
• Execute and report test cycles for manual and automated tests
• Convert manual tests into automated scripts using available tools and technologies
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Analyze results and work with innovation, product management and customer care teams
• Make recommendations for minimizing repetitive errors and improving processes
• Design and development of test cases based upon system specifications documentation
• Ability to learn and research new concepts, ideas and technologies quickly
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to work across time zones and be flexible
• Enhance culture of time to market as a key differentiator

• 2+ years of experience with Selenium, UFT
• Experience with JavaScript is a plus
• 2+ years’ experience with agile development methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow is prefered
• Self-driven, results oriented and motivated
• Positive Attitude with ability to adapt quickly
• Proven analytical and technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to own and self-manage daily tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology majors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
