    We have an exciting opportunity, for the right candidate, to manage partner sales and program development at Nuvolo.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Partners, you will use your knowledge of partner development, sales, channel marketing and operational enablement to grow, nurture, develop and accredit a growing portfolio of sales, services and technology partners.  Primary objectives include working closely with the internal sales organization to build and support our technology and services partner ecosystem, drive partner certification and ensure pipeline growth through net new partner-driven sales opportunities.  Your primary role will be to work closely with the partner ecosystem as their primary sponsor and advocate to help extend Nuvolo’s market position as the innovation leader in modern IWMS, built on the ServiceNow platform. 


    • Develop partner strategy and go-to-market plans in partnership with direct sales teams
    • Deliver lead generation and net new customer acquisition opportunities through partners
    • Lead and manage all key operational and enablement activities
    • Cultivate meaningful working relationships and build partner goodwill
    • Effectively position Nuvolo’s technology and services as opportunities for growth
    • Evangelize and educate existing and prospective partners about the value of Nuvolo
    • Determine, refine and execute partner selling strategies, grow pipeline and win deals
    • Build and cultivate a pipeline of qualified partner-based new prospect opportunities
    • Serve as SME, primary point of contact and escalation resource for partner ecosystem
    • Ensure the highest possible level of partner satisfaction
    • Work closely with Enablement Team to certify new partners for sales and services
    • Regularly visit our partners offices for sales enablement and customer support
    • Track all key partner new business development activity in Salesforce.com
    • Manage partner deal registration process and ensure a consistent process globally
    • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
    • Coordinate development of sales and marketing materials required for partners to be successful
    • Evaluate effectiveness of partner program for on-going improvement


    • Demonstrable track record of achieving partner sales targets
    • Experience in new partner development and enablement
    • Sales and new business development focus and orientation
    • Experience working successfully in a direct touch partner sales model
    • Experience developing new business development campaigns on behalf of partners
    • Ability to articulate Nuvolo value to partners, prospects and customers to drive revenue
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal team, partner leadership and ServiceNow
    • Commitment to be a team player

    • Ability to perform well in a fast moving, high growth enterprise software environment
    • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, organizational and time management skills
    • College degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 7 years of partner management and development experience
