    The Manager, Services Operations will coordinate and provide support to Nuvolo’s Operations team, as well as the Sales and Implementation teams, as it relates to increasing visibility and accountability throughout the organization. This role will be teamed with a Director, Services Operations to support enhancements to the business.  As a critical member of the Operations Team, the Manager, Services Operations will establish, develop and refine processes to create a smarter, better and faster organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Own, manage and review statement of work templates
    • Timely manage delivery of customer specific statements of work to prospective and current customers with Nuvolo’s Technical, Sales and Implementation teams
    • Use templates to manage scoping calls and gather appropriate requirements
    • Streamline processes and create or improve on existing process documentation
    • Facilitate escalations throughout the organization and ensure necessary follow-ups and timelines are adjusted
    • Provide support across multiple teams, including but not limited to Operations, Customer Success, Sales and Innovation
    • Utilize Salesforce.com and Service-now.com on a daily basis to manage business and pipeline

    Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational, listening, verbal and written skills
    • Able to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Can work independently to execute on projects and adhere to deadlines and collaboratively with multiple stakeholder to achieve desired outcomes
    • Confident and able to differentiate yourself
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
