    Under the direction of the Vice President, Finance, the Senior Accountant is responsible for the financial and accounting functions of the division and will work to provide proper reporting and analysis to key members of the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Accounts Receivable: issue customer invoices, post payments from customers, customer correspondence and collections, and travel expense reconciliation and billing
    • Accounts Payable: manage and post vendor billing and payments; oversee arrangements with suppliers, vendors, and service providers, and assure timely payments are made
    • Month-End Close: prepare and post journal entries, manage audit trail support documents, perform bank reconciliations, maintain account reconciliation schedules, and assist with monthly internal reporting, including the preparation of results analysis

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of accounting experience
    • Prior experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
    • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
    • BA/BS degree
