    Nuvolo is currently seeking Customer Success Representatives with strong ServiceNow experience to join our Paramus NJ-based Technical Support Engineering Team.   As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for Nuvolo’s Technical Support Team on behalf of our customers and partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and remediate customer and partner issues based on the following (specific activities include but are not limited to):Ticket support troubleshooting and resolution - 60%
      • Development - 30%
      • Client Services - 10%
      • Rapidly gain an understanding of the Nuvolo EAM Platform, built on ServiceNow
    • Participate in regularly scheduled technical training in technologies specifically required to support our global customer base
    • Provide outstanding customer support via exceptional inter-personal and technical skills

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues and experience in diagnosing performance degradation
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and minimum 2 years working in a ServiceNow environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred
    • Must have experience installing, implementing or maintaining one (or more) of the following:
      • LDAP or active directory
      • Email infrastructure
      • Data extraction technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC)
      • Any bidirectional, automated integration between two systems
    • TCP/IP and networking knowledge
    • A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
    • Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
    • Experience writing or debugging object-oriented code - Java preferred
    • Experience in one or more scripting languages - JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell or Windows
    • Experience administering Linux, Unix or Microsoft Server
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
    • Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
    • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems
    • Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex user issues
    • Flexibility to work in shifts including evening and weekend work
