As a Market Research Analyst your primary responsibilities will be to improve awareness and visibility for Nuvolo through industry publications, top company lists, magazine and independent evaluation organizations and research firms including Gartner, IDC and Forrester.  The primary responsibilities for this role are to ensure Nuvolo is included in every clinical engineering, facilities, IWMS, capital program and project management (CPPM), space and move management, cyber security and mobile platform research report and top company listing. Activities will also include identification, completion, management and tracking of all ranking opportunities for relevant technology and business publications including print magazines as well as digital forums that track fast growing, innovative and market leading technology companies.  The goal is to ensure Nuvolo is actively participating in national and global rankings for Inc. Magazine, Forbes, Red Herring and dozens of other well known publications and on-line forums. 


  • Identify all target research firms, list, publications and on-line forums
  • Understand process, application requirements, content and evaluation criteria
  • Craft messaging and content working closely with extended marketing team to ensure completeness and alignment with evaluation criteria
  • Support the visibility and awareness initiatives by working with industry user groups, internal business units and extended marketing team
  • Create tracking and reporting system to allow organization to measure progress and results
  • Work closely with marketing team to publish successful research and list results to create amplification of industry recognition
  • Understand similar requirements for Europe to replicated process beyond the US and Canada


  • Demonstrated high level written and communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market research within a global, data-driven organization
  • Experience doing analysis and research and managing a process through the full lifecycle
  • Experience with and an understanding of marketing and content development
  • Ability to work effectively with team members across functions in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • A hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality
