As a senior member of our global implementation team, the Senior Implementation Specialist will assist in implementing our growing portfolio of EAM platform modules, built on ServiceNow.  You will leverage a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM and utilizing Nuvolo’s global services delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the configuration of industry leading EAM platform
  • Configurations of various EAM modules within the platform including clinical, facilities, manufacturing, security, integrated workplace management (IWMS) and portal
  • Act as EAM platform system administrator, programmer or analyst
  • Services implementation leveraging core knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and ITSM
  • Technically lead the development of plans, roadmaps and blueprints to enable customer transition from legacy environments to a Nuvolo-ServiceNow-based organization with a modern platform, enhanced functionality and cloud infrastructure to support the long-term cost and efficiency objectives for our customers
  • Demonstrate ability to earn high level of customer satisfaction on all EAM implementations
  • Be accountable for quality of delivery of all technical deliverables on the EAM platform
  • Take a vital role in planning and managing customer discovery and assessment activities 
  • Effectively define a high-level customer program and action plans for transformation activities  
  • Identify opportunities to drive more value from successfully implementing our Nuvolo-ServiceNow-based platform modules within our customer’s environment through strategies for business performance improvement and innovation 
  • Provide our customers and partners leadership and continuity beginning in pre-sales and continuing throughout the services delivery process for the length of the implementation engagement 
  • Ability to take ownership for the success of a subscription software implementation

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum 
  • Experience in ServiceNow scripting and web technologies including XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS and HTTP/S
  • Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment
  • Demonstrated enterprise architecture skills, especially in enterprise system management and ITSM space including the ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move projects forward 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application development space 
  • Hands-on experience in customer facing services delivery
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy 
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • ITIL V3 foundation, ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities simultaneously 
  • Ability to develop and achieve clear, realistic, and challenging goals that are aligned with targeted business results 
  • Self-motivated and able to lead and excel in a high-pressured environment 
  • Experience developing growth strategies and related marketing material for ITSM, cloud and other infrastructure-related technologies or services
  • Ability to operate and deliver independently without significant oversight 
  • Ability to innovate and identify innovation opportunities while engaging with customers around business processes and solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
