The National Sales Director will be responsible for leading our North American healthcare sales team.  This is a sales management position responsible for leading, growing, mentoring and developing a US-based team with plans to expand into Canada in 2018.  Nuvolo offers a unique opportunity to disrupt the legacy Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) market with our innovative SaaS based platform, built on ServiceNow.  The EAM industry is a $10 billion opportunity and Nuvolo is rapidly emerging as the market leader in cloud-based EAM. 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve new bookings and new logo targets for North American healthcare provider teams
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of healthcare account executives and business development representatives calling on healthcare providers in their assigned territories
  • Build meaningful and sustained field relationships with key platform partner - ServiceNow
  • Develop and lead the national go-to-market strategy for success in healthcare vertical and drive sales activity, marketing initiatives and pipeline development programs with key Nuvolo partners including GE Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers
  • Work closely with field marketing on net new pipeline development activities
  • Actively engage, support, drive and help close strategic opportunities and accounts nationally
  • Insure delivery and execution of sales, industry, product and skills training for account executive and business development representative teams and ensure updated knowledge on cloud offerings
  • Instill a strong sales discipline for the team with a weekly cadence to drive and inspect results
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver excellence
  • Drive, manage and measure the healthcare sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.com
  • Provide executive view into healthcare market developments and key customer trends
  • Arrange and conduct executive and CEO discussions and positioning meetings
  • Manage full lifecycle sales process management and key opportunity closure

Qualifications

  • Extensive track record of new business sales success
  • Ten or more years of experience within software or solution sales organization
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
  • Five or more years of experience as a sales leader
  • Success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
