The Content Marketing Manager will be a strategic thinker and talented communicator comfortable working across multiple digital media channels (particularly, Wordpress, Twitter, LinkedIn).  They will have experience in or the ability to learn how to analyze performance data to continuously optimize and improve their efforts.  They’ll work collaboratively with experts across the company as well as with our partners to develop content around mobile marketing trends, major industry events and more.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, deliver and manage content creation and distribution including videos, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, eBooks and white papers
  • Manage and optimize social media strategy
  • Work with web designers and the Innovation team to optimize all aspects of corporate blog and nuvolo.com
  • Write and edit blog posts
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize program
  • Support customer-facing product communications including release marketing and new business announcements
  • Manage production of monthly email newsletter
  • Other substantial project-based activities as required

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a digital writer, editor or marketer in a data-driven organization
  • Experience writing and editing for various channels
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and how different types of content map to and influence the buyer journey
  • Experience with analytics platforms and using data to optimize and inform marketing strategy and content creation
  • Interest and experience in creating content in various formats, including videos, infographics, presentations, eBooks, whitepapers and webinars
  • Experience and understanding of various social media platforms and CMS
  • Ability to adapt quickly to brand voice and style
  • Ability to work effectively with team members across divisions in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • A hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality
  • A voracious learner, hungry for knowledge about every mobile marketing trend as well as Nuvolo’s platform, product and business
